AccordPath was created from firsthand experience supporting leaders through workplace conflict, psychosocial concerns, performance issues and early intervention. The same pattern kept appearing. Organisations often had the right policies and specialist teams, but managers still needed help working out what to do next. AccordPath brings that help into the moment it is needed, combining practical workplace methodology with responsible AI.

Our story

Managers wanted to do the right thing.

AccordPath was born from years of frontline experience managing complex workplace matters.

As practitioners working across injury management, workplace conflict, mediation and psychosocial risk, we repeatedly saw the same challenge. Managers wanted to do the right thing. They simply lacked the confidence, structure and support to intervene early.

Too often, HR became involved only after relationships had deteriorated, claims had been lodged or formal processes had begun. We believed there had to be a better way.

AccordPath was created to bridge the gap between leadership intent and leadership capability.

Our mission is simple: help organisations build capable, confident and defensible leaders while creating healthier, safer workplaces.

Meet the founders

Samantha Murdaca

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Return to Work Specialist and accredited mediator, with more than eight years’ experience.

Samantha brings extensive experience in workplace injury management, return to work, conflict resolution and psychosocial risk.

Having worked closely with leaders across complex organisations, she has seen firsthand the impact of delayed intervention, inconsistent leadership practices and avoidable workplace conflict.

AccordPath combines her practical experience with a passion for helping leaders navigate difficult conversations with confidence, while supporting organisations to proactively manage psychosocial and people risks.

Bruce Huang

Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer

Background in AI and product systems.

Bruce leads the product strategy and technical vision behind AccordPath.

With expertise in software engineering, artificial intelligence and product development, Bruce focuses on turning complex workplace challenges into intuitive digital experiences.

His vision is to build technology that feels practical, trustworthy and genuinely useful for leaders managing real workplace situations.
